Nearly a decade of commercial cleaning management experience
Nedra founded The Beauty Cleans Co. and built its original operations across Vancouver Island and the Okanagan region. With nearly a decade of commercial cleaning management experience, she continues to oversee operational structure, onboarding standards, and quality assurance systems as the company expands into Alberta.
Her focus remains on process design, quality control, and maintaining service consistency across all facilities.
Mia Haddad
Operations Manager
On-site execution & quality oversight
Mia oversees day-to-day operational coordination and on-site execution standards. She supports team accountability, scheduling oversight, and facility walkthroughs to ensure cleaning programs are delivered according to scope.
Together, leadership ensures that each commercial client receives structured service delivery — not inconsistent results.
